Old MacDonald had multi-strain resistant MRSA on his farm

Yesterday in a typical scare mongering piece which our nihilistic media adore, the UK Chief Medical Officer was described as saying that the continual use of antibiotics is a threat on par to terrorism and climate change. The issue of antibiotics in the food chain has been a problem which has been ignored by governments for years. The fact that farmers were pumping their cattle full of antibiotics and growth hormones didn't seem to be concerning anyone.
